Hey there,

Well, a few problems here. I tried a mock import of your uploads, and the Aquarium Rescue Unit upload is fine - it says 'The abbreviation aru is associated with Aquarium Rescue Unit.' So you should be able to do that.

The problem with your Max Creek show was because you accidentally used underscores in the directory name, not dashes (so it was mc_xx_xx_xx instead of mc-xx-xx-xx) - this means the uploading process won't work properly. I changed the directory names.

Finally, if you get an error saying metadata is missing, hit the 'edit' button on the show, hit 'File Options', and fill in any missing fields. After a little while, this should fix it.

Hope this helps,
Simon.

you hopefully got an e-mail when the md5 failed, listing what files had errors. probably what happened was the file didn't upload completely. If you didn't receive an e-mail, compare the file size of the .shn files from your hard drive to what is on the server. i hope that helps!

well I also realised that I was not uploading in binary so that might have been an issue. I'm new at doing this
